Today I bought my car from ARJ's. I want to thank Ortiz and Scott. They were friendly and had no issues answering my questions, concerns or explaining the process. It has been a moment since buying a car once again. And I appreciate Ortiz test driving with us to me it made it better because if anything had went wrong he was right there to acknowledge and knowing it would be taken care of. I appreciate both your time. I should have put 4 stars instead because the pic shown of the vehicle wasn't what I saw in-person at the dealership (the running boards). Arj’s auto sales is extraordinary. Our experience with them has been surprisingly unique because we found our car had an invisible problem that no one could have seen at the time we purchased the car. The problem was in the engine and it had to go into the shop a few months after we purchased it. Bob from ARJ’s stood by us through the whole process and made sure we were taken care of. The unique part was that it took longer than we expected and Bob was there the whole way. He didn’t write us off. He didn’t say that it was our problem after we drove it off the lot; and he could have because it was a used car. Instead, he was in constant contact with me, the mechanic and the warranty company that we got at the time of purchase. I am so incredibly grateful to Arj’s auto sales and especially Bob. They are fantastic people to purchase a car from and I recommend them highly.
